Practitioner Development

Mentorship built around authority, judgment, and real cases.

A developing practitioner-mentorship framework for professionals who want to strengthen planning analysis rather than collect strategies.

The discipline

The program is being designed around a repeatable case method: separate verified facts from assumptions, define the issue, identify controlling authority, test competing interpretations, evaluate economic and non-economic effects, reach a reasoned conclusion, document the work, implement the recommendation, and confirm the result.

Not a generic mastermind

The purpose is not to substitute group opinion for tax authority. The aim is to improve the practitioner’s ability to ask better questions, research difficult issues, communicate recommendations, and follow implementation through to completion.

Status

The curriculum and participation model are in development. A formal application will be added after the program structure, cadence, cohort size, and participation expectations are finalized.
