Education

Practical tax-planning education built around practitioner judgment.

Courses designed around real planning decisions, authority, implementation, documentation, and the professional reasoning that connects them.

The Practitioner Tax Planning Series

The initial curriculum is being built as a five-course practitioner series. Each program is structured for a two-hour teaching format and is being developed so it can support Enrolled Agent continuing-education requirements when provider and course approvals are in place.

The emphasis is not on collecting strategies. It is on developing a repeatable way to identify an issue, establish the controlling facts, find and evaluate authority, compare realistic alternatives, document professional judgment, implement the recommendation, and confirm what actually happened.

The practitioner still makes the decision. Better tools and better teaching should make that decision more informed, more explainable, and easier to revisit.
