Owen S. Arnoff

Biography

Owen S. Arnoff has practiced in taxation since 2004, beginning as a California Tax Education Council Registered Tax Preparer. He became an Enrolled Agent in 2008 and an NTPI Fellow in 2011. Over the course of his tax career, he has prepared or reviewed more than 10,000 tax returns.

His perspective was shaped by decades of work across insurance and risk management, securities and investment services, accounting systems, payroll, business management, real estate, mortgage lending, entrepreneurship, tax preparation, and IRS representation.

Today his work increasingly emphasizes mentoring, continuity, practitioner development, strategic guidance, and translating technical rules into practical planning decisions.
